The PMO Collective
PRIVACY POLICY
No legalese. No funny business. Just straight talk.
Last updated: May 2026
The Short Version
We collect a little information, use it to do exactly what you'd expect, and never sell it, rent it, or trade it for anything. Your data hangs out with us — not with the highest bidder. If you’d rather skip the legalese and just trust us on that, then great! But if you want the full picture, read on.
What We Actually Collect
When you fill out our contact form:
Your first name, last name, and email address
Whatever you type in the message box
That’s it. We’re not asking for your mother’s maiden name or your WiFi password or your blood type. Promise.
When you complete our PMBOK Assessment:
Your name, email address, and company name
Your assessment answers and results
We use this to send you your results and to understand how we can best help you. Think of it as us doing our homework before the Discovery Call, not building a dossier.
When you book a consultation:
Your name, email, and any details you provide during scheduling
This goes through Microsoft Bookings, which has its own privacy policy. We just see your appointment details.
Why We Collect It
Good question. Here’s the honest list:
To respond to your message when you contact us
To send you your PMBOK Assessment results and recommendations
To prepare for your Discovery Session (we like to show up ready)
To send you useful emails if you’ve opted in — things like tips, updates, and resources that are actually relevant to you
That’s the whole list. No mystery purposes buried in footnote 47.
What We Will Never, Ever do
Consider this our pinky promise:
Sell your data. Not for any price.
Share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes
Send you emails you didn’t ask for (and if you opted in and change your mind, one click gets you out)
Use your assessment results to judge you. We’ve seen it all — there’s no wrong score, only room to grow.
Third-Party Tools We Use
We use a small set of trusted tools to run our website and services. Here’s who gets to see your information and why:
EmailJS
Powers the emails we send from our contact form and assessment. Your name and email pass through their system to reach us. See their privacy policy at emailjs.com.
Microsoft Bookings
Handles our consultation scheduling. When you book time with us, Microsoft processes your appointment details. See Microsoft’s Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Squarespace
Our website lives on Squarespace, which collects standard web analytics (think page views, not personal profiles). See Squarespace’s Privacy Policy for details.
Emails & Opting Out
If you’ve signed up to hear from us, we’ll send you things worth reading — practical tips, relevant resources, and the occasional update from the PMO Collective hive. We aim for signal, not noise.
If you ever want out, just hit the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. No guilt trips, no “are you sure?” confirmation loops, no re-subscribing you three weeks later. You’re out, full stop.
Transactional emails — like your assessment results or booking confirmations — are not marketing emails. Those will still come through because they’re part of the service you asked for.
Your Rights
Depending on where you’re located, you may have the right to:
Access the personal information we hold about you
Request that we correct any inaccuracies
Ask us to delete your information
Object to how we’re using it
To exercise any of these rights, just reach out. We’re not going to make you jump through hoops.
Cookies
Our website uses standard cookies — the digital kind, not the snickerdoodle kind, unfortunately. These help us understand how people use the site so we can make it better. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or via our cookie banner if one appears.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever update this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll let you know. The “Last Updated” date at the top will always reflect the most recent version. We’re not in the habit of burying big changes in the fine print.
Questions? Come Talk to Us.
If something here doesn’t add up, or you just want to know more about how we handle your information, we’re an email away. No robots, no ticketing systems — just our Founder, Miss Julie.
