Julie Shuffler, PMP, has spent the better part of two decades doing the thing many organizations struggle with the most: making strategy actually happen.
She's built global PMOs from scratch, overseen portfolios north of $75M, advised C-Suites across five continents, and delivered the kind of results that look made-up on paper — $1B+ in tax savings, $1.6M in revenue growth, a quote turnaround cut from two weeks to two days. The receipts are real.
What sets Julie apart isn't just the track record — it's the approach. She's the kind of leader who will tell you what's actually broken, hand you a clear plan to fix it, and roll up her sleeves to help make it happen.
